ddk88 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial crime agencies in investigating suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, and underage gambling. Where required by law or regulatory guidance, ddk88 will disclose account information and transaction records without prior notice to the account holder.

ddk88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited purposes; (c) the account holder has provided false or misleading registration information; (d) continuation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ddk88; or (e) a self-exclusion or responsible gaming intervention has been triggered. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, all balances, pending bets, and bonus credits will be forfeited.

Where an account is closed at the member's own request (voluntary closure) and no outstanding wagering requirements or compliance holds are in place, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the member's verified payment account within 5 business days. Any unauthorised use of ddk88 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ddk88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, game result disputes beyond the scope of error correction, or losses resulting from third-party payment provider delays or failures. ddk88's aggregate liability to any member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ddk88 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or that all game content and betting markets will be available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruptions. ddk88 will take reasonable steps to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance via the platform where possible. No compensation will be paid for service interruptions unless specifically agreed in writing.

ddk88 may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version at https://ddk88.org/terms-conditions. Where a material change is made, ddk88 will endeavour to notify registered members via the platform or by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, security, or fraud prevention reasons. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and ddk88 regarding any aspect of these Terms or your account, you agree to first contact ddk88 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. ddk88 will endeavour to respond to all formally submitted complaints within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution process.
